Two bedrooms have fabulous sea views overlooking East Sands Bay with the 3rd bedroom overlooking the colourful garden and St Andrews skyline. The B&B is 3 mins walk from the beach with TV with Freeview, Tea & Coffee in bedrooms, Free car parking, Hearty & healthy breakfast, Free WIFI, Hairdryers and Free storage area for golf clubs, bikes etc. Pam is more than happy to help with all sorts.
