Giant red strawberries, slices of red ripe watermelons and sunshine orange cantaloupe carefully arranged in a colorful display that set the mood for a tropical experience. Next came the salad - green salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, and chicken salad. The chicken salad was scrumptious with tender pieces of well-seasoned chicken mixed with celery and onions in a light Caribbean dressing.

The main entrees included the steamed vegetables, string bean with bell peppers, rice with beans, and the famous jerk chicken.
