Service Description:

I have a Hafler Iris remote with the round volume control that doesn't work.

Anybody know how to fix these. I don't know if it is the volume control or it is not sending a signal.

It works a pre-amp that is fabulous and I don't want to get rid of it, but without the remote I have to walk to the unit for adjustments.

Replacements are not available. Alternative is one on ebay
