Service Description:

We started to improve out balcony and were told that we would need a engineer to approve any changes in Santa Barbara. Apparently we are due for a nightmare in dealing with these people.

The balcony is old had has 10 pillars holding it up from the hillside. The balcony is beginning to sag slightly and is pulling away from the house.

Before we create a problem by changing anything, we would like to consult with an experienced engineer who is familiar with SB requirements.
